• “Products” refers to all goods available for purchase on our website, including food items, gift hampers, gift cards, and accessories.
• “Services” refers to all services we provide, including corporate gifting consultations, custom hamper creation, and delivery services.

2. Account Registration

To place an order or access certain features of our website, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

However, this confirmation does not constitute a guarantee of availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of pricing errors, stock shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after your order has been placed, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

3.3 Product Availability

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our website updated with accurate stock levels, but seasonal products, limited-edition items, and artisanal products may have limited availability. In the event that an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of placing your order unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected and available for your order. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and gift cards. All payment processing is handled securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. You authorise us to charge the total order amount, including product costs, shipping charges, and applicable taxes, to your selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines provided on our website and in order confirmations are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer care team immediately at customercare@gourmetcompany.in or call (022) 22810303. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return upon delivery.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from The Gourmet Company are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards have no expiry date and can be used towards the purchase of any product on our website. Gift cards are not reloadable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. The balance on a gift card cannot be transferred to another gift card. We reserve the right to cancel a gift card if we suspect fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, images, product descriptions, blog articles, videos, and software, is the property of The Gourmet Company or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, or otherwise exploit any content from our website without our prior written permission.

The Gourmet Company name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of The Gourmet Company. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:
